Amy’s Whole Wheat Bread

2 T. gluten

2 ½ cups filtered H2O

1 T. yeast

all starter – ½ cup

scant 1/3 cup oil

1 T. salt

4 large ice cubes, crushed

 

Add more flour (all white whole wheat) until stiff, and not sticky.  Add crushed ice.  Knead for 5 minutes.
