Lemon Cream (for Cream Puffs)
8 oz cream cheese, softened (warm)
1 t lemon zest
4 T lemon juice
3 T milk
1/4 to 3/4 c powdered sugar (to taste)
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Beat the cream cheese until there are no lumps, mix with the next four ingredients, gently fold in the whipped cream.
