Steamed Veggies: Cabbage, Broccoli, Carrots, Zucchini

Bring water to a boil below a steamer basket. Add cut vegetables, steaming for:

carrots, zucchini — 9 min
cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower — 4 min

Add a little lemon juice to cut the bitter, and a little butter; salt on the side.
