Amy's Recipes

1/3 c cream
1 t sugar
1/3 t vanilla

Mix, whip on medium speed in chilled bowl for about two minutes until soft peaks form (peaks should not immediately collapse). Don’t overwhip or gets buttery.

Makes 4 servings.
